Totally disappointed! We had ordered food to be delivered. Everything was agreed, I also received a confirmation call back and we were forgotten !!!! Unfortunately, that's how you manage to destroy a 60th birthday. Due to the Corona situation, it was difficult to get something going anyway, but that was the kill. Disappointed and Sad!

You don't like dogs here and blame it on the other guests. We were only offered a table after we had spoken to the manager and said that we wanted to leave the restaurant. It wasn't that sparkling. The food was good.

I had been a client for some time. On my route, I used to stop by to sleep the night. Last time I visited it was during the winter time (beginning of 2018). I received my room, climbed the stairs, entered, and the window was open. The room was freezing cold. I had called, they knew I was coming. Closed the window and turned the radiator on. Waited for 15 minutes but no "signs of life". Went downstairs to drink a beer in the eating hall. I told the owner the room was frozen. She said to turn the radiator on. Said I already did. She said "Wenn nicht funkioniert, ist aber warm im Bett" - if it won't work, you'll get warm in the bed. That was the last time I visited. This was a horrible experience. No wonder Hitler was a star around there at one time... PS: the radiator did come to life and after about 3 hours, the room warmed up in the end...

Very good food and a great room! We stayed just for one night on our way back to UK! The only minus is that nobody speak english and the menu is only in german! But the staff is very friendly and helpful so we managed to get a room and to eat a delicious dinner!
